Orders are processed on business days within1-2 days of receipt. Personalised garments can take up to 5 days to be sent out.

PRE-ORDERS: You will be notified once stock has arrived and shipped to you. Sometimes there may be short delays. Please be patient with us.

FREE standard Shipping in Australia on orders over $100.

Shipping within Australia may take 3-7 days with standard post or 2-4 days with express post once order is fulfilled.

We ship worldwide! This can take anywhere between 5-21 days, once the order is fulfilled, depending on your location.
- REFUNDS

We will replace or refund for a credit note any item that we deem as faulty.
- When opening your parcel please take care & do not use scissors or a knife to open as the product may become damaged.
- Please ensure that the product is cared for as per the care instructions on the garment as no returns will be accepted for incorrect care.

To request a return please email a picture of the faulty item, your original email receipt and order number. We will then asses the fault and advise you of our decision.
- Items returned must be in original condition.

We will refund the amount for a store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizes within 14 days of purchasing the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not exchange or refund for personalised garments unless they are deemed as faulty.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, we recommend using tracking when sending the parcel.
